If you are planning on visiting a campground for the first time and booking it on the internet usually the site map on the internet of the campground is not always accurate and does not show the landscape. When planning the route to your camping destination, consider what type of entertaining sites may be along the way. If your final destination is a good distance from home, an overnight stay at a campground can be a pleasant break for the kids. If possible choose a different route for the return trip home.
